cuptimo
10 out of 10 test persons notice a significant improvement in taste with cuptimo!
Use either freshly ground coffee or coffee soft pod. Place the cuptimo brewer directly on the cup. By using the hand pump, a vacuum is created in the cup, which pulls the added brewing water through the flat coffee bed ensuring an even extraction. The coffee only gets in contact with the filter paper and the hand made porcelain brewing vessel.

Patented brewing method
The preparation of coffee by means of vacuum has been known at least since the invention of the coffee syphon in 1830. The excellent coffee prepared using this method led to a continous developed through numerous advancements and patents.
Unfortunately, the correct operation of the coffee syphon requires a certain ammount of skill and effort, so that today this methode is used only by true coffee conneoisseurs.
The patent granted to cuptimo now opens up the possibility of preparing coffee by the cup with the advantages of the vacuum methode in a simple way: The coffee is prepared directly from the porcelain brewing vessel into the drinking vessel without the need for additional, difficult-to-clean parts. The hand pump allows direct control of the timing and speed of the extraction, effectively avoing over-extraction and thus a bitter cup.
